Went in for my 1st oil chg on my 10 mth old ‘25 H CRV(plain Jane!) , tire rotation, wiper issue, and radio prob! Saw my former salesman Issa who showed me the same veh and color while I was waiting o CRV(plain Jane!) , tire rotation, wiper issue, and radio prob! Saw my former salesman Issa who showed me the same veh and color while I was waiting only this ‘25 had all the “bells and whistles”. But the price was not good at thus time for me. 30 mins kater , finance guy comes by with new #’s and I took it! Problem a week later-7, SEVEN HARD INQUIRES !! Was this necessary!! A mgr who called to xx on mee is looking into this matter! More

Great dealership overall — the buying experience for both me and my fiancée was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful during the sales process. However, we’ve had an ongoing issue with the weather m me and my fiancée was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful during the sales process. However, we’ve had an ongoing issue with the weather mats that were promised with both of our purchases. I bought my car in July 2024 and was told weather mats would be shipped to me along with a tracking number. That never happened, and I never received any confirmation or follow-up. When my fiancée bought her car in May 2025, I brought it up again and was told both sets would be sent out as soon as they came in. Sheron assured us that we’d receive tracking info, but we haven’t heard anything since — despite multiple follow-ups. It’s disappointing to have something so simple still unresolved, especially after being reassured more than once. Hoping the dealership follows through soon, as everything else about our experience has been positive. More
