The waiting area was very comfortable. I was a little unhappy that there was a piece of trash, Honda parts wrapper, left in my car. They also did not reset the gauges on the dash. More

I don't think digital signing has anything to do with the customer experience. The main recommendation we have is to take the customer on the test drive first and foremost when they arrive at the dealership. We didn't appreciate being sat down for 30 minutes and asked multiple questions before even viewing the vehicle. The car buying process doesn't need to be that difficult and challenging. I don't need to be contacted anymore by the admin assistant or anyone else. Best of luck to your dealership in the future.
