Very un-attentive. No disclosure for trade in. No customer loyalty recognition. With a return visit request from the dealership, no one there was there to greet me at the scheduled time. I cringe hav customer loyalty recognition. With a return visit request from the dealership, no one there was there to greet me at the scheduled time. I cringe having to take this vehicle in for service. If I could, no stars. Very unhappy with the way I was treated. I was planning on bringing my wife in for a Honda Civic trade-in. But this experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. The kid helping me was not much help. He wasn't available when I was told he would...probably the dealership running him thin. AND I HAVE TO ABSOLUTELY GIVE AT LEAST ONE STAR. More

A little pushy to get the car out the door. Brought car back in for a roof rack and rails. One side of the rail wasn't screwed in and had to go all the way back to learn they had to order screws.
