We are planning on buying a new vehicle in the next 24 months but doubt very much if it’s from there. We will be going where they do free computer diagnostics to purchase our vehicle. Dodge never charged us for the truck and Hyundai never charged for the car. Jessica is very nice and Todd tried to get the charge removed. We’ve had issues every service call. When they rotated the tires last time they forgot to put a lug nut back on and then replaced it with a junk on when we took it back. They didn’t replace two valve stem tires. One time they hit something with the cream and didn’t admit it. The $90 was the final straw for my Husband. And we had actually talked of buying another CRV from you. He said the only way he would consider it is if we were refunded the money. More

The tire and wheel warranty was "overlooked" then we were going to be charged for it, When we were told it was included before we were even considering the car. That was a negative. The positive thing was when Ken the finance manager called us to let us know he could get us a better interest rate and a shorter term, although it did raise the monthly payment a bit, we will save a few thousand over the term of the loan!
