After 3 1/2 hours with no contact, I contacted the advisor and he told me it would be ready "soon". Thirty minutes(soon?). It was. The driver's side was just as dirty as when I brought it to you. Tires were rotated with a mileage of only 2,800 miles! Who does this at 2,800 miles. Oh, Regal does to get another $ 20. Charges were told to me to be about $ 190, but the final bill was $ 256.58. I would NOT approve of the brake fluid work! I have drive a vehicle about 150,000 miles over 15 year and did nothing on the brakes. $ 129.95, are you kidding? Another "standard" procedure to cheat the customer, I guess. I was told that there was a recall on the vehicle, but not what it was. Had I know, I would NOT have approved it. DEFECTS BY THE MANUFACTURER SHOULD BE PAID ENTIRELY BY THE MANUFACTURER, NOT THE CUSTOMER! Changing the oil for $ 49.95, what an outrage. Labor $ 145.69, WOW! I THINK I NEED TO FIND A DIFFERENT AUTO SERVICE AGENCY! More

I've Used 4 different dealerships in the past 35 years - Regal is by far the least desirable. Even with an appointment, I usually have to wait to sign in, wait to pay, wait to be delivered home and picked Regal is by far the least desirable. Even with an appointment, I usually have to wait to sign in, wait to pay, wait to be delivered home and picked up (and, despite what I was told when I bought the car, not only do they not provide loaner cars, they do NOT deliver the client to work if the location is not in Lakeland - even though it's only about 10 miles farther, if that in Winter Haven.) Actually, the driver of the van is one of the best parts of the service - friendly, courteous, remembers you. He's a big plus! I have only 27,000 miles - and have had at least 7 - if not more -recalls. Most of them I had not even received notice about. The first one, the back door just opened up while I was driving on a major highway. If the dog had been in the back, and not buckled in, he could have been killed! That was before my first maintenance. I was told the car would be vacuumed and washed after any work or maintenance. Last time I paid to have it detailed - it was beautiful - inside and out. The next time I decided just the regular vacuum and wash would be enough since I hadn't run it that much. I took time to take everything out of the car so it would be easy to clean. They didn't do anything - inside or outside. What a disappointment! The sales department and service department need to get together and get their stories straight - and then follow through. I bought an extended warranty and maintenance contract with Regal, so I will continue to use them, but I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.There are several Honda dealers in the area, as well as other make and model dealers that I would recommend people at least try first. Of course, maybe at this time, all service has been diminished in favor of money. More
