The tire and wheel warranty was "overlooked" then we were going to be charged for it, When we were told it was included before we were even considering the car. That was a negative. The positive thing was when Ken the finance manager called us to let us know he could get us a better interest rate and a shorter term, although it did raise the monthly payment a bit, we will save a few thousand over the term of the loan!
