Terrible support and follow through Took my car to get fixed and have oil change. Service writer failed to ensure my oil changed got competed. So when I got there to pick up my car I had Took my car to get fixed and have oil change. Service writer failed to ensure my oil changed got competed. So when I got there to pick up my car I had to wait another hour for a rush oil change. Not sure how an hour is a rush. Then I get yo my car to find my seats dirty and the car a mess. Now the updates on my car have made it worse. And the biggest issue is my transmission jerks at 24 MPs only to have them tell me Ho da says it’s normal. More

Engine Light Mystery Rob had the service tech checking several indicator lights that were on. Diagnosed the issue as a bad spark plug. The spark plugs were replaced.
