Car dealers have terrible reputations and your guard goes up everytime someone approaches. Chris Boswell was an absolute professional with the bonus of a sense of humor and a compassionate nature. He asked us what our daily life was like, what we used our car for and took the time to get to know us before he showed us anything. What he was doing was tailoring the business to our needs. A first for us when it comes to car dealerships. He did not try to convince us to get a car that we couldn't afford. Instead, he gave us the pros and cons of each vehicle and let us decide for ourselves. He demonstrated that he was not just concerned about the sale and his gain from it, but satisfying his customers. Needless to say, we bought our car from Chris.
