I went to her regarding what I felt was unlegitimate charges for no services rendered basically. She took the time to listen to my concerns and considered other things I shared with her to speak with a charges for no services rendered basically. She took the time to listen to my concerns and considered other things I shared with her to speak with a mechanic and find a better solution to hopefully resolve my issue. When I originally picked up the car not everything was completed as promised but as soon as Monday arrived she had us back in the office with the vehicle to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction.
