You don't need to train your entire staff. I've always had a great experience with Ray Taylor. You just need to either retrain Rob or fire him. He doesn't seem to understand that text messages have time stamps on them, so when you guys misplaced my car with the keys still inside, he had already told me that he was in possession of it, meaning that he was the one who lost it. Then he tried blaming the towing company and gaslighting me even though his own timestamped text message proved he was lying. If my car had been stolen in those two days, you would have been on the hook for buying me a new one. Plus it was Rob who constantly lied to my mother and I about having the part he needed and when the car would be ready. Not good when someone is disabled and needs the wheelchair lift to get to his doctors. And when asked him to apologize for these he refused. Plus he used a snarky tone when I brought up my disability.
