I called several times to see if the warranty part needed arrived and nobody knew. Austin B never answer the phone call. Another service person after 2 months calling was able to find out that the part arriv arrived and nobody knew. Austin B never answer the phone call. Another service person after 2 months calling was able to find out that the part arrived who knows when. Then when i called to make the appointment to take the car the lady that helped was kind of annoyed. When finally i was there to fix the car and i understand that there were customers before me but it seems like the other service people were even wondering why Austin was not coming to see me because there were at least two of them that came twice and asked me if he came to see me. I have been going there for service since 2012 and this is the first time this has happened to me. I hope this will not happened again. More
