I don't expect someone to greet me at the door to the service center, but I do expect to be addressed kindly by the team member I approach after looking around aimlessly for several moments. Upon this team member handing off my servicing needs to another individual, I was provided with the care necessary, but I don't think it is too much to ask that all staff members that are within six feet of me for work purposes outside of my control to be wearing appropriate face coverings. I would also expect masks to required and enforced within the building. Upon bringing my car home, it appears that the tire pressure sensors were never reset after my rotation and I am now needing to schedule a second servicing appointment to come in another day to have this fixed. I would have expected more. Also, why does it cost $229 to have transmission fluid replaced? That stuff costs $10 at any auto parts store. Angelo was great though. More
