This was my first purchase from a dealership and I was so anxious. Both Mathew and Camden Keller put my fears at ease and gained a forever customer. Of course their livelihood depends on selling cars but they seem to achieve that through exceptional customer service, knowledge and most importantly, patience and integrity. (shocking, I know). I visited this dealership twice. They were busy both times and yet their customer service never wavered. These guys showed me that not all car salesman are dishonest and pushy. Mathew was so patient and kind. He explained all of the different finance/ lease options many times until I fully understood, felt comfortable and ready to move forward. He was honest and upfront during the entire process. Camden is the reason that I made the one hour drive to this specific dealership . For days, he patiently answered my questions and sent photos. He learned about my needs and lifestyle and then tailored his recommendations to fit me and not the biggest sale. I am so grateful for both of these gentleman. I will recommend them to everyone that I encounter who needs a car. This is a big purchase and not feeling like you are walking into a lions den is everything. Thanks guys. More

Went to regal to shop for a new CRV. Thomas and his salesman Camden were excellent and listened to my wants and needs. Went back to Regal Honda to have the tint put on our new 2024 Pilot. Once again greeted by Austin to get the work completed. We were met by a fellow named Brandon Crowley who was eager to assist us as my brother was there for an oil change as well on his 2021 Pilot. He as well was very professional and explained the process and wasted no time getting my brother’s pilot serviced and saw to it his pilot was washed as well. I can’t say enough about the quality of work performed at Regal Honda in Lakeland. I would strongly encourage anyone who’s in the market for a Honda to check out Regal Honda.
