This is the most disgusting service staff I’ve ever seen. First they sold us a car that clearly didn’t go threw inspection but then We had to have service on our 2017 gli and the service department had to re First they sold us a car that clearly didn’t go threw inspection but then We had to have service on our 2017 gli and the service department had to rent out a vehicle for us while they worked on our car. Then decided they weren’t going to pay tue entirety of the rental car that they said was covered and almost $200 was taken out of our account for the rental. Now after 2 weeks of phone calls and voicemails. No one has fixed the issue or reached back out to us. This is absolutely disgusting and these people don’t care about their customers More
