Your technician hasn’t been able to find out the problem with my 2019 Pilot. I have had at least two batteries placed in my car. It took my husband at least 20 minutes to get my battery jumped but the technician said that the battery was good. In November, we were stuck on I-95 in Miami on a Friday night because the vehicle just shut off for no reason. It also shut off at a four way stop. Each time , we were eventually able to get the car started again. We explained these issues to the Regal Honda service department but each time they weren’t able to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. I am definitely not a mechanic but there is something wrong with either the computer system and or electrical system. This is extremely frustrating that they have had no answers for us. More
