Since that day of inception, I have seen her three times and while talking with her and waiting for my vehicle to be serviced she stopped what she was doing and took time to listen to some of my concerns. She left to talk with management , when she returned she said every thing would be taken care of. It seems when ever I visit the dealership, she is there. She is very pleasant to talk to. She would stop what she was doing and listen to any of my concerns, She is an asset to your company and you should have others like her because she would stop what she was doing and, listen to your concerns. I say that she goes beyond to make you feel comfortable and part of the Kia family. Others in your parts and service department are also very helpful and explain every thing that is being done and how doing the work correct it.
