Service write great to deal with but the experience lacks My appointment was for 10:00 am for an oil change. I watched as my car was finally pulled into the service bay at 10:40 am. Finally when to get in the long line at the wash bay. Not sure if it was really washed. There were as many bugs on it when I got as was when I got there. The service used to be great. I stopped going there a few months ago because of the ridiculous waste of time. I was in a hurry so I gave them one more try. NEVER AGAIN. More

Takes too long for an oll change. I took my Telluride in for the 1st oil change & it took almost 2 hours.
