I was greeted quickly upon my arrival at the service area, checkup was done in a timely manner and the car was returned to me clean inside and out. Super customer service and attention Ok, bad news is- I went in for standard oil change. At 90k miles I learned I needed extensive work done. A tire I came in because I had tire cut and I had purchased the safeguard warranty. Not only did they not have the tire in stock ( for the rogue, the most po I came in because I had tire cut and I had purchased the safeguard warranty. Not only did they not have the tire in stock ( for the rogue, the most popular car nissan sells in 2016 and they had nearly 60 on the lot, I counted while waiting.) I was treated multiple times as if I knew nothing and if I was really sure my tire had an issue. The warranties are a waste of your time and money at this place. Do not buy here or service here unless you absolutely have to. Bad business, bad service and bad attitudes. More
