PATHETIC Found a car, shoved out the door to "look at at home". Called me the next morning, we discussed price, trade in, etc. HE TOLD ME....."You've got a de Found a car, shoved out the door to "look at at home". Called me the next morning, we discussed price, trade in, etc. HE TOLD ME....."You've got a deal", bring the title, registration and check". HE set the time for us to be there. I asked if I could put earnest money on it, and he said, "OH, you don't need to do that", I'll call you if it starts to sell. ON the way there, he called and said "its about to sell", AGAIN I asked about earnest money. He said, "we can't do that, company policy.........unless, like....you know.....you were out of state or something and we knew you were coming in, then we could.". Seriously...out of state they will take earnest money, but after THEM calling ME, and saying " you have a deal", 15 min away and he sells the car out from under me, because its "company policy" not to take earnest money. In the future, if you ever decide to buy from these people, tell them you are out of state. Apparently the benefits are better and they care more than if you're local. I even told him, "you are one of the few car salesmen I've ever trusted", boy he made me eat those words. More

The process was seamless and only took about 2.5 hours from the time I arrived. I found the car I was interested in online. Called in to ensure it was still available. Informed Chandler that I would be there in 10 min. He had the car waiting for me, AC running. I loved the look of the 2011 Moonlight White Infiniti G37 Sedan. Nice rims and tinted windows. The inside was very nice and the ride was fantastic. I provided some preliminary info and the manager checked out my trade in. They gave me top dollar for my 2005 Buick Rendezvous with 141k miles on it. It was a well taken care of car. The financing was effortless and I never felt pressured. Very happy with my decision!! More

I've been using them for service on my Maxima for the last 30K miles. I've worked primarily with Paul and Nate, and they've both doggedly resolved issues that other dealerships have returned with "unable to duplicate." I appreciate the effort and would not take my car anywhere else for service. More
Excellent Service for 23 years! Our family currently has four Nissans which we have serviced regularly at Regal, including recommended maintenance and detailing; fortunately, we have Our family currently has four Nissans which we have serviced regularly at Regal, including recommended maintenance and detailing; fortunately, we have only had to use their body shop on rare occasions. We are always greeted by name upon arrival and made to feel very special by Marshall Hadley, who has done all of our service work in the last 8-10 years now. He makes sure we have a ride to work if needed and a specific time to pick up our vehicle, even if it has to be after service department hours. We get a call at work for more information as necessary, or usually to tell us that the work was finished and our invoice is taken care of on the phone, saving us time. I don't think that I have ever picked up one of our cars or vans dirty; they are always cleaner inside and out than when we left them and the work is explained, along with vehicle inspection forms at each visit. We have bought several cars from Regal, have been recommended to another dealer for a car that they may not have had in stock (even as far as California to ship a special car in for us), but the service keeps us coming back. Through good times financially and bad, they have always been there to help us maintain our Nissans so that we have very few unscheduled visits and we appreciate all that they do for us at every visit. It's why we don't ever need to go elsewhere for our service! More
