The sales team has always worked hard to make the deal happen and their Service Dept. is consistently top notch ! There is never any drama and no back and forth number swapping when you go to select a vehicle. You pick the car, tell them what you can do, and they figure out how to get you in the vehicle. The Service Dept. (ask for Marshall Hadley, he has cared for us forever) is awesome....they fix it right the 1st time, and their charges are very, very competitive. We have never bought or serviced our Nissans anywhere but Regal ! We send all our friends and family to see Ron Minert or Lane Crider at Regal when they want to buy or lease a Nissan product. It is a family owned business that treats their customers like family. You would be nuts to go anywhere else ! More

Buying our Pathfinder We had visited the dealership several times to look at Pathfinders. My wife had her heart set on a certain color and style and we almost bought a 201 We had visited the dealership several times to look at Pathfinders. My wife had her heart set on a certain color and style and we almost bought a 2011 year end model, the price was great(better than we had ever seen on a Pathfinder) but we could not fit it into our budget at the time. We heard that the body style would change with the 2013 models so we went back again and found a 2012 Pathfinder with only 12,000 miles in the right color and began the process of negotiating a price. We dealt with M.J. who worked with us to really try to get us into my wife's dream car. We bought the car and the experience was great. I had vowed several years ago to never deal with a new car dealer again but I'm glad we did. Also, my son had bought a used Triton truck a year or so ago with Regal and we had seen how the service they provided him gave us peace of mind to move forward with the sale. More
I have always received fair prices on the cars I purchased at Regal Nissan. However, it is the service department that ensures I return to Regal and it is the service department that lets me comfor purchased at Regal Nissan. However, it is the service department that ensures I return to Regal and it is the service department that lets me comfortable recommend Regal to friends and family. I have all of my service done at this dealership. The prices are fair and the quality of work has been uniformly excellent -- whether I received an oil change, major service, tires or bodywork (I have done them all!) The men and woman I have dealt with in the service department have been more than competent -- they have been honorable. Thanks to Marshall (my adviser) and to the folks that have filled in when he was not available. Fortunately for me, tyhe service was always the same...fast, fair and competently done. More

I have been a Regal customer for about 30 years. I have always made only one trip to fix a problem. Marshall is my go to guy to either fix a problem or answer questions about the car. He always has comments about the models and their strengths. He has a common sense approach and it always works. I would continue to buy Nissans from Regal just to have their good service. I have never had an auto failure that resulted in a road problem. I do all the recommended preventive maintenance and it works. Nissan has super products and I hope they keep it up. More

Breath of Fresh Air I definitely left Regal Nissan with a newfound sense on what and how car buying/leasing should be. I had the pleasure of working with Rory in regards to the leasing of my new Leaf. I have never experienced working with a car salesman that had so much knowledge on his inventory, and all the while remaining personable and warm. Not like a robot. Every question asked was answered with no hesitation, and he remained honest with me in regards to my financial situtions and what I should expect in payments. Everything he promised was delivered. Did I mention how quick the entire process was? I looked, I found, I signed, and I received my beautifully detailed Leaf in no time. I even looked at Rory when he handed me my keys, and asked, "That's it? " Again, this was definitely a breath of fresh air for car shopping. You would think this would be an industry norm for dealer/customer relations, but this kind of service is rare. Trust me! More
