Great customer service! I had to drop off my car to get it serviced and they offered a free shuttle ride anywhere within 10 miles. This was so awesome because I didn’t have t I had to drop off my car to get it serviced and they offered a free shuttle ride anywhere within 10 miles. This was so awesome because I didn’t have to wait for hours in the lounge with my 2 yr old. The driver was there in less than 15 minutes. His name was Warren and he was so nice and offered to pick me up later to get my car. I would definitely recommend Regal Nissan. They have the best customer service! More

Quality service department! I have been coming here to get my car serviced for four years. The service department here is fantastic - the new high tech facility and the people wh I have been coming here to get my car serviced for four years. The service department here is fantastic - the new high tech facility and the people who work here. The lounge is large, clean and comfy and they never pressure me to do anything extra. Skipper took great care of my car and Warren was great company on the ride to and from the office in the courtesy shuttle. Thanks, guys! More

He found exactly what I asked for plus some, stayed well under my budget, and every person I've dealt with since (in service, financing, etc) has been just as wonderful. I recently had a horrible experience at another Nissan dealership closer to me, and I plan on making the trip out to Regal for service to fix the other dealers mistake even though it's not the closest one to my house and my vehicle will be out of warranty by then. I can't recommend them highly enough!! More
