Just had my first service done on my new 2025 Maverick and I couldn’t be more pleased. Less than an hour I was back on the road and they even cleaned her up! They charged me for a tire rotation that was not done. Had to go back and tell them tires were not rotated. I know this because i marked my valve stem. That's like theft. I will not be returning to this dealership because this is 2and time this happened. I will give benifit of dought first time. 2 times is unacceptable. Plus it took 2hours for oil change (that was just oil change nothing else) tires were to be rotated and didn't happen. What goes on back there while they are working on cars? My time is valuable too. Lane manger Patty said rotation was not done due to swollen lugnuts and Brandon was supposed to have told me that but didn't. Patty had car pulled around to get tires rotated. Took about 10 min and then asked was that fast enough for you. Really Patty that makes things better? Thanks service department for making myDecision easier as far as where to purchase my next car. I WAS a loyal customer probably been buying fro them since late 80's atleast 12tcars but i am done.Time for somewhere new More
