I was an out of state buyer...I worked Marc Monroe....we negotiated over text & email a couple times and agreed on a price. I signed live docs over the internet, both purchase and Ford Credit paperwork. I flew into a closest major airport, Brondes dealership sent a driver to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership, Marc went over the final paper work with me, we did a walk around and he explained the vehicle's new features. The Vehicle was clean and ready to go, even a full tank of gas. I was on my way in less than 45 min. No run around or upsell was made. One of easiest new car purchases of my life.... A+++ Thank you!

My experience with the dealership went very well. Donavan did a great job with addressing my questions and concerns. I was impressed with the team as a whole. The finance process was very slow, they needed more than one person handling transactions to make it timely experience. That is my only complaint, otherwise things went very well.

I drove from out of state. They do not take deposits to hold vehicles. The salesman gave me the keys to drive it but told me nothing about the vehicle or features. I traded an older vehicle of the same type but had to figure out the new features on my own. I don't know if he figured he didn't need to since I was coming from hours away and it was a done deal. No salesmanship. Nice guy and polite though. Finance guy was efficient and polite. Drove vehicle home, took out the paper on the floor. The floormats in the front that were in the pictures were missing. Went back and forth with the salesman for a month before contacting the sales manager. He took care of it, was polite and apologetic. However, when I got them, they must be the wrong mats. I have directions to cut carpet for the plastic pieces that the mats snap down to. The old ones must not have had that, so the new ones shouldn't either. Overall, a mixed experience. Wouldn't recommend if you are driving fro. Afar.

Now Baumann Ford - Had my mustang at the service dept. for a possible harmonic balancer issue. They confirmed it was bad but chose not to work on the car simply because the OEM part was obsolete. The parts dept. confirmed aftermarket was avail same day and was willing to order the part. Instead they took the diag money and sent us packing. I called the Ford dealer on the other side of town, made the appt and they already ordered the part. Extremely poor service to refuse service and still take my money. I have been in service for many years and aftermarket parts are commonly used in dealerships, even though it changes the warranty. Prior to making our appt we were even told we would need to sign a waiver in order to use aftermarket parts.

She sent me a personalized video of the car and was incredibly helpful. I was worried about the trade in value on my car, but when they looked it over they didn't attempt to undervalue it and treated me fairly. They gave me what KBB said it was valued at for trade. Alissa was courteous and accommodating through the entire process. I worked with Gabe in financing and other than him acting like a disappointed parent when I rejected the additional warranty, he did an excellent job. There were multiple members on the team who stopped by and chatted with me about how to manage a new electric vehicle. One of the owners even stopped by for a few minutes. I've had many bad experiences with dealerships, but this wasn't one of them. Good people, good team.

It was Thayer Ford. We took it there not knowing if they would even look at it since it was a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted by Andrew Sergent.
