Very deceptive in their dealings. The vehicle was not even on their lot and they had to go get it from Springfield TN. When I arrived they were already trying to finance it at the non negotiated price. I told them I did not agree to that price and that I wanted to negotiate it. They insisted that they could not negotiate based on the vehicle was not theirs and they were merely selling it for Reiselman GMC in Springfield and could not negotiate the price. I hadn't even seen the truck until 15 minutes before that and that I saw it on their website not Springfield website and that it was still Reiselman's dealership. I ended up buying the truck for more than I wanted to pay but I needed to purchase because I was going out of town to work the next day. More

Outstanding parts dept. Very poor service dept. Had my truck for over 2 weeks with little to no followup. I finally went to the dealership for a status update only to be t Very poor service dept. Had my truck for over 2 weeks with little to no followup. I finally went to the dealership for a status update only to be told that they were still waiting on a part. I told the service writer that I needed to retrieve some items from my truck and he directed me to the back lot. After several minutes of looking and not finding it I started looking in the service bays, low and behold, not only did I find it but was told by the technician that he was nearly finished. I was very frustrated and went back to the service desk to the my rep and he only said that it would have been nice if someone told him. After all that it was still not available until late the next day. I will be looking for an alternate service center for future repair. More

Unethical and extremely disappointing experience. I came to Reiselman Ford in Dickson, TN to buy a 2021 Explorer ST. After a test drive, I signed all the paperwork, financing was approved, and they I came to Reiselman Ford in Dickson, TN to buy a 2021 Explorer ST. After a test drive, I signed all the paperwork, financing was approved, and they charged the first part of my down payment ($3,000). While waiting for the keys, I was suddenly told the vehicle had been sold to someone else paying cash. My money was refunded, but my credit was run multiple times, my score dropped, and I lost an entire day for nothing. This is unacceptable business practice — no dealership should finalize a sale and then take the car away. I expect Reiselman Ford to take responsibility and offer proper compensation for the inconvenience and damage caused. Horrible experience. More
