Not the dealership I purchased my vehicle from. I ordered a trailer hitch to be delivered to and installed by this dealer. I also ordered the plastic cowl that fills in the bumper gaps nicely. I paid for the hitch to be installed when I purchased both parts, but not the cowl. I get a call from my very nice service advisor and I'm told the mechanic is having some trouble installing this cowl and wanted to let me know there's going to be an extra charge because of it. I was informed the shop rate is $250 per hour and the technician had already put in over an hour. I was told that I would not encounter the full price that likely my charge would be around $120. I said I could live with it but I wasn't happy as the part is oem and only a $35 part, with the online option of it installed for an additional $30. I was told they can not honor that price, but not to worry, I wouldn't be paying full price. $127 later I was on my way. I can not recommend this location for reasonable service pricing. More

There is nothing showing x-number of hours X the hourly rate for any component of work done. I have no idea of what you charged me per hour, but I think it was around $78/hr. That equates to 15 hours of work and I think about half-to-two thirds that amount of time is more accurate. Also, I needed a new plastic part for my driver's arm rest support; $940 for parts and labor, how can that be? I opted not to fix that item and I'll find a different means of addressing it. More
