Upon the initial visit, on a Sunday afternoon, there was no sales staff visible. James arrived as we were exiting the facility and I approached him. He informed me the vehicle I was interested was sold and no sales staff visible. James arrived as we were exiting the facility and I approached him. He took my name and number, then called four days later to inform me that they had just received the model of vehicle I was interested in. We set up a meeting at 8:00 am the next day and I was able to drive off with my new car that afternoon. More

The original person who took me in, Angel, passed me off to Aaron, who had no clue til later. Aaron was very nice and honest with me. I do appreciate people like Aaron. I don't think that was very professional of Angel at all. I did speak to Angel on the phone regarding a different matter previously and he was very rude and straight out told me "I can not help you". I called and left a message for Mr. Don Pohling so i could speak to him about this matter and I am still waiting. So far overall experience, not so great. More
