Reliable Nissan

Really enjoyed working with Kim Gutierrez. I did however have an amount to work with and explained this. I also said if they couldn't meet my price expectations please let me know as it was 10 I did however have an amount to work with and explained this. I have excellent credit, could finance through them if that would get them there but when we first started looking at trucks I had stated I was looking for a one prior owner, no accidents truck. When she showed me the truck it looked reasonable and " Sammy " said he really wanted to move it and not to worry about the listed price. I again said are you sure as this is what I have to work with. Oh yes, come on in. I saw on the carfax it had had a small accident and thought perhaps that was why it hadn't sold and was how we would get to my price. Got there, filled out paper work, test drive , 3hrs later. THEY WOULDN'T MEET THE PRICE THEY AGREED TO PREVIOUSLY !!!! STRAIGHT UP LIED. . But Kim was lovely and the coffee machine works well. I would have bought that truck even though It has been in an accident. Probably a better truck is coming my way. I do wonder though if my husband had been with me would this have happened ? More

When I got to the dealership, I waited for someone to come to my car, no one did. So I got out and stood by my car (on my crutches). I got told they didn't HAVE a car wash. To which, I replied, "What? Did it disappear?" Then I was told rather rudely that they "don't wash cars anymore!" So I let it go, when I get my car back the entire contents of my glove box are sitting on my front seat! That was it! Rude, unhelpful, and intrusive! More
