( terrible service worse then I ever had ) Service department unprofessional bad customer service! Incomplete service! Now my third time going to the dealership just for a tire rotation! Also they got grease all over the inside of my car! Then the second time I went to get my tires rotated because they forgot to do it! Then the service technician tells me it's not going to take that long! so I was waiting outside for at least an hour! See my car park at the same place! So I asked service technician how long it's going to take so he tells me oh I forgot to tell you it's going to be another hour! So they pull my car around! My radio is full blasted! So I tried to call the manager he wasn't there! So I left a message still hasn't called me !Really bad service they really need to fix it! More

They add on crap to the original price of the vehicle not to mention needless warrenties they shove at you. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and the finance manager is a joke! They don't return phone calls or messages. The first day we spent 7 hours there, second day back to sign papers and spent another 8 hours there. Went back today and told them to keep their car! NEVER, EVER, EVER will I recommend this place to anyone. Much better, friendlier car dealerships else where. Bunch of xxxxxxxx scammers! BEWARE! Very weird how they only have good reviews, which leads me to believe the negative reviews get deleted! While we were there another couple walked out unsatisfied with their lack of professionalism. Worst experience ever!! I bought my first car from Reliable Nissan and it was by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I left the lot crying, twice! I went in o I bought my first car from Reliable Nissan and it was by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I left the lot crying, twice! I went in on a Sunday, just to look but of course they suckered me into going in and we talked numbers. I told them my price range and everything seemed to be going well. While I was filling out my finance paperwork, I was advised by Brandon P to lie about my income and other information. Due to it being Sunday and the banks were closed, I had to go back Monday to "seal the deal." I returned Monday and their attitudes changed from super nice and friendly, to completely rude. I waited about 2 hours for them to even take me to the back. I looked at the paper work and a lot of things were changed. My car payment went up $200! They also added a bunch of things without my permission. It was very sketchy. I did not sign anything this day. After confronting Brandon about the changes, he brought in Manny, the "finance manager." Manny was very unprofessional and rude. He came in the office and was not open to listen to anything I had to say. An argument began to happen and at that point, I decided I didn't want the car anymore. I handed him the car keys and Manny told me, "It's too late, you already signed!" Which I did not! We got up and walked outside and Manny chased my family and I outside, screaming "if you leave this car here I will have it towed to your house and make sure you get the bill for it." (I have this all on video by the way) I left crying, and my family and I had to Uber home. Two weeks go by and I receive a billing statement in the mail. How did they manage to "seal the deal" without any of my signatures? I have no idea. I went back to the dealership to pick up the car and they had the car salesman, Jeremy, hand me the keys. Manny saw me and he just smirked at me. Out of this whole experience, Jeremy was the most helpful and professional employee we came across. Super friendly! Great salesmen. If he moved to a different dealership, I would definitely recommend him. I ended up stuck with the car and the car payment. I definitely do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. More
