Dishonest. At first, I just hated the sales side, but I have come to despise the service side, too. I would not buy another vehicle from this dealership or recommend it to anyone. They lie chronically and do not stand behind their products. The Armada I purchased is a lemon. I believe they lied about the vehicle's history and problems when I was considering it. It was used but supposedly still under warranty. The engine has been good, but a lot of little things are broken and too expensive to get fixed; for example the console just fell from the ceiling on the inside and the electronic locks are failing. This car is not old enough and was way too expensive to be so poorly constructed. Also, the service department seriously dented my car in the shop and refused to take responsibility for it. I am currently seeking another place to get my car serviced. More
Worst sales experience of my life...hands down I was planning on buying two vehicles from this dealership, since I've always been a Nissan faithful and they are conveniently located. This all start I was planning on buying two vehicles from this dealership, since I've always been a Nissan faithful and they are conveniently located. This all started about a month ago and I was planning on buying a 370Z and a Frontier. I began by inquiring about the 370Z. I worked with an Internet Sales Manager, Jason Emrickson and his manager Kasey Flowers. After some searching, they told me that they located a Z that fit the bill, but that they would have to transfer it from another on-shore storage location. At first I was thrilled and grateful that they were working with me in locating and transferring the vehicle. I then paid a $1000 deposit on the vehicle, in good faith, but sight unseen. I was perfectly ok with waiting a few weeks, even a month, and assumed I would get some updates from these two on the vehicle and status of the transfer, but nothing was forthcoming. Days went by, then weeks, and I asked maybe a dozen times for basic updates on status. They could not or would not even provide such basic information to me as the VIN of the vehicle, or ANY information or status updates, such as where it was coming from or even a rough ETA on when it might be arriving at the dealership. Eventually I simply ran out of patience and had them refund my deposit. To this day I still do not have any proof that this vehicle they talked about even exists. I went to the dealership in person to get my refund. Even after this whole mess, Kasey Flowers could not even have the basic courtesy or professionalism to issue an apology for the inconvenience. He has to rate as the worst, rudest and most unprofessional car salesman I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My suspicion is that Mr. Flowers lost all interest in dealing with me, once he realized that I was not driving a vehicle off the lot and that I was not going to finance, but buy cash. What a waste of my time this has been... I do feel sorry for some of the other salesmen and staff there as I'm sure there are some nice people working there, also based on other reviews. But my experience is enough to put me off for life. I would not even trust "Reliable" Nissan to perform a basic oil change on any of my vehicles, as bad as this experience has been. I would gladly drive up to Santa Fe or even go out-of-state, to steer clear of this mess. I will NEVER deal with this dealership again, even if it's the last one left on the planet. P.S. I've since called a dealership in CO and was able to secure the 370Z I wanted, by means of a quick 10-minute phone call. What a pleasant surprise and good customer service, after the Reliable Nissan disaster. More

Nice to your face but They try really hard but at the end of the day they pull the same tricky crap dealerships are so infamous for. For example, their finance guy tries to sneak in a $2K maintenance plan on a deal for a 2014 $20K JUKE or their general sales manager changes the base price you agree upon with him by $879 on a 2014 Frontier 4WD . Bought TWO vehicles from them this past week. My local credit union wouldn't get back to me in a timely manner and their finance guy, Greg H. agreed to find financing for me through his long list of banks/cu's. After I specifically told him NO to a $2K maintenance contract, he still tried to slip it in to the stack of paperwork I needed to sign after he was able to find a lender. I decided to let that go and since he did find a lender for me. At any rate, we bought the JUKE but still needed another vehicle and were thinking about a Toyota Tacoma, I decided their Frontier truck selection was too good to pass up and the Frontier prices are lower than Tacoma's. Ha! What a mistake that was. The sales guy comes back and tells me I didn't qualify with "the bank" for an SV model Frontier and that I'd have to get an S model and that he had just the one. Turns out I did qualify for an SV but not if they wanted to add on their highly profitable $2K-$3K maintenance plan they so feverishly push. What a shady dealership IMHO that certainly lives up to the stereotype. Save yourself time and effort and go to a Toyota or Honda dealership where their corporate offices don't allow these types of tactics to take place! More
Poor Service, Incompetent Personnel I was informed the parts came in and scheduled an appointment for Saturday July 12th at 9:45am. I went down there today only to be told? by the Service Advisor that the technician that does the work today as he "is off every other Saturday" so the scheduling should not have occurred. Additionally, I understood all the parts have not arrived. When I returned home I found a voicemail stating the Technician was sick.. So I been lied to by Reliable Nissan. It will now be 5 - 6 weeks with attempts to get my car fixed. Do NOT buy from Reliable. Poor Customer Service, Incompetent personnel, Under-staffed More

Great Experience!!! I had been looking for about a month for a new car. Being young and just starting my credit I was very worried about the process. I heard and saw ads for a Nissan versa and I was very hopeful that this car would work for me and my budget. Unfortuanantly I was discouraged pretty quickly when I vivsited the dealership on my side of town, they wouldnt honor the ad price and they kept trying to sell me a sentra ( which I told them was too big and too much ) I left thinking I would just wait awhile , but I decided to try reliable Nissan the next weekend. Wow!! Completely different experience, my salesman was KC Flores and he listended to my previous experience and promised me they would be different. Long story short, I got the exact versa I wanted ( and needed ) was treated with repect the whole time, and left feeling like I accomplished something for myself. My parents have always reccomended Nissan, and now I know were I'll be going from now on. More
