In 2020, I was treated poorly at this dealership after purchasing a RAV. I have owned 5 Toyotas purchased in other locations where we lived - and really like this brand. This week, my daughter was set to purchasing a RAV. I have owned 5 Toyotas purchased in other locations where we lived - and really like this brand. This week, my daughter was set to purchase a Honda but, I wanted her to check out a comparable model at Reliable Toyota. I stopped by and talked with Michael Thompson. He was very polite (not pushy) and knowledgeable about the Camry models and subsequently she test drove and purchased a Camry from Michael the following day. More
