Since we have owned Toyotas for over 25 years, we regularly cruise the Reliable lot. We wanted to see the new Tundra hybrid. Bruce came out to meet us. We inspected all the trucks. Overall was just not a pleasant experience. Went to pay cash for a vehicle and waited for 3+ hours for financing only to try to upsell me for an extended warranty.
