The service department is worse then sales. Bought a used car from Mike last weekend. Guy was a great salesman. Answered all my questions and was very friendly and easy to talk to. Made the time fly by and address any concerns we had about the vehicle salesman. Answered all my questions and was very friendly and easy to talk to. We then spoke with one of the service members and I apologize I don't remember his name, but he was very thorough and went through all of the service packages and extra warranties we could get as well as the price difference between them all. We lastly worked with Dustin in finance to get our car financed and he was awesome as well. Had us signed and driving home in no time and spent time to answer any questions we had in an easy to understand way so we weren't left confused about anything. Overall A+ experience and would easily recommend anyone thinking of buying a car to check them out and see if they have a car you are looking for. Definite great dealership!!! More

This was actually the worst customer service I ever received. Not from the original sales person but the manager. Bought a truck from Renn Kirby of Frederick yesterday (12/21/2020) and on the drive home (maybe 4 miles away) I noticed vibrations from the driver side front wheel and the truck seemed to “float” in the (12/21/2020) and on the drive home (maybe 4 miles away) I noticed vibrations from the driver side front wheel and the truck seemed to “float” in the lanes. Didn’t think much of it, maybe badball joints, frozen u-joints, tie Rod ends, easy fix. Called a diesel shop to get it looked at.. On my way to the shop today (12/22/2020) the driver side front tire came off on the interstate. Once towed to the diesel shop, tie rods and ball joints also diagnosed as being bad. All Renn Kirby had to say was “Sorry Man, Out of state as-is sale” Being active duty military on PCS leave to in transit to my next duty station, I can’t leave until all of the additional damages are repaired and parts arrive. More
