She went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. My major disappointment was the fact that the manual for the new vehicle was missing. The reason given was that the car had to acquired from another dealer to get the color I wanted and the manual was not with it. While a replacement has been ordered, I believe that Rensselaer Honda could have taken a manual from one of the vehicles they had in stock. Aside from that I like doing business with Rensselaer Honda. More
