RH was the second dealership we went to, and it turned out to be the last--because nobody gave us a deal that was even close. We also appreciated how Dan Durivage reached out to another dealer to get us the car we wanted. The office manager, Kerry, was quick on the final paperwork, and was sensitive to the fact that we were taking care of our 4 year old granddaughter there as we worked with him. Our car wasn't quite ready on time--because they washed it again for us because work on their parking lot kicked up a lot of dust (so that was a good thing). The dealer closer to us offered to match RH's numbers (and swoop in and get the sale--but why would we do that to such nice people? Ellen did a fine job walking us through the new technology, but I think Honda should maybe give you a CD or something with short videos explaining it all (again). It's a bit overwhelming. There's so much, it would be nice the next day after sale to have another resource besides the manual. More
