Alan was the fist person to greet us and just so happened to be the resident expert in minivans. He was genuinely friendly and very low pressure from the start. He was also a wealth of knowledge in this product and a great spokesman for it because he happens to own the specific vehicle we were buying! Alan came across as trustworthy and looked as if he really enjoyed his job. We were there a long time and with two small, at times cranky, children, yet he was gracious and polite and patient through the entire experience. I'm sure it was clear to him that we really wanted this vehicle and he managed to figure out a final price that was VERY fair. We drove away with HUGE smiles on our faces; completely pleased with the entire experience (minus the cranky children and the pressure building to get them home and not be able to finish the deal); and confident that we would highly recommend this Dealership and Mr. Whitaker to anyone.
