Nightmare I spent 7 hrs in the dealership waiting for sign papers and leave with the Volkswagen Rabbit I purchased I finally get to the finance department and a I spent 7 hrs in the dealership waiting for sign papers and leave with the Volkswagen Rabbit I purchased I finally get to the finance department and am told after leaving a $1,000 deposit, they want $1600 more for a deposit. I told him I don't have any more money to give. He tells me he knows a place where I can borrow the money interest free if I pay it off in 6 months. I told him I could not afford to pay an Extra $250.00 a month on top of my car payment. His answer to me was: Well, you make $63K a year. I replied that I am a single woman who pays all the bill. It's not like I am a 2 income family. After I told him to squash the deal and return my deposit he came back and told me I could have a 60 month loan at $203.00 per month. I left the dealership at 7:45 and the car was to be checked over and ready for me to drive away. So far I have dealt with getting stuck twice in one day with a dead battery which was replaced, missing antenna, missing car mat, and broken promises from the service department. After having the vehicle towed to them and being 2 hours late to work, I told them I need a way to get to work. They told me to call the dealer in the morning at 7:30 and they would arrange a ride. I called for 90 mins. before someone answered the phone. Now I had to miss a day of work. Still am waiting for the antenna and mat. Revolution Kia is NOT true to their word. You can tell he's knows his cars and is very experienced at his work, I felt very believing in his words as he througly explained each car type as I choose the car best to my fitting. Kia optima was my car of choice. And him owning one him self gave even more reassurance that he wouldn't steer me wrong. Very long process as with any car buying experience.
