After receiving what I perceived as an unjust approach to the unresolved noise issue in my 2007 Pontiac Torrent. Don Reynolds, Dealership owner, Kevin McCorry, Service Manager, and Rolando Acosta, Assistant the unresolved noise issue in my 2007 Pontiac Torrent. Don Reynolds, Dealership owner, Kevin McCorry, Service Manager, and Rolando Acosta, Assistant Service Manager worked together to trace the noise. After several ineffective part changes that didn't fix the problem, the Engineers at GM Headquartwes in Detroit suggested they change the steering column and Voila!!! it worked. as a bonus to me I was given a Pontiac G6 courtesy loaner while they searched the for the cause of the noise. Yes, I would recommend this dealership, because I'm now a happy satisfied customer and will return again when service is needed on my vehicle.
