Had my GMC Sierra towed to Reynolds GMC but nothing happened for 2 days. After not getting status updates, I called the service director for help. Finally, got an update after I called and I was told t happened for 2 days. After not getting status updates, I called the service director for help. Finally, got an update after I called and I was told they need to dismount my transmission. They said I need to fix the Transmission Control Unit and speed sensor. I had to tow my GMC to another dealer since I cannot trust this dealer. They do not let you know what's going on and there is nothing being done for so many days. The new dealer found a possible faulty wiring harness. It was not the transmission at all. The new dealer asked me to drive it a lot and there was nothing wrong with the transmission. If I get a check engine light, they told me that they will replace the wiring harness. Reynolds GMC is not to be trusted with your vehicle. Customers beware! More

Very Disappointed I did receive a certificate via email for oil change for $49.95. So I took my vehicle to the dealer and when I was going to pay, I showed the certific I did receive a certificate via email for oil change for $49.95. So I took my vehicle to the dealer and when I was going to pay, I showed the certificate to the cashier and she told me that it wasn't good because they put synthetic oil in my pickup. The certificate says AC Delco delxos1 full synthetic oil. But still she told again that it wasn't good for the oil change. So I had to pay the full price. This incident caused me a lot of frustration and disappointment. More
