Initially there were some communication problems with the salesman. They went above and beyond to correct it. Brian was awesome! I drove an hour from home to pick up some thing we were told weeks before they had, then didn't have, then the original owner was bringing it in, then they had to wait until the sales person came back to ask if they had it or not. Very aggravating. UPDATE:: So after all of this happened my key was mailed to me with an apology note from someone higher than anyone we had previously spoke with. A few days later we also got a call from another higher up to make sure we had received the key. {Thank you to those who were helpful.} I've read the other reviews of Bob Frensley and people really seem to love it, maybe my experience was one in a million.
