I don’t know what’s going on? Took my vehicle in because my service engine light came on . Well I received an oil change. Was told I’d have to reschedule to have it checked. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting for someone to call me so I can leave my vehicle there. I’m worried because this is the second new vehicle I’ve had and at the 2 year mark it was an engine problem. It was my COMPLETE motor that had to be rebuilt/ replaced due to an assembly process error. I’m ready to switch dealers at this point. Even though I’m use to Ford. More
The technicians showed up on time, were understanding when I told them we had to reschedule. Scheduled a recall service online several days before my appt. Showed up for appt and they did not have the part in stock. Someone should have called to explain this before I showed up for the appt. Service advisor said they could go ahead and order the part and they would go ahead and do the system reset then install the part later. As it turns out another recall customer did not show up so they were able to use that part for my vehicle after all. Did not start out as a great experience but they were able to complete the work. The cashier was apparently incapable of multitasking so I stood in line for more than 10 minutes to get the key to my vehicle. The invoice they printed showed no information regarding what service was performed on my vehicle - it could have at least stated what recall work had been performed. More

Appointment set up by phone. Was very easy and C service was friendly. They sent out a mobile mechanic for factory recall.
