Our salesman James Davison was great to work with. He was very attentive and took his time to answer our questions and to make sure we felt good about our decisions. He was not in a rush and took care of everything we needed. James Burns in finance was also a pleasure to work with-he made signing and payment a breeze. Unfortunately, our interaction with the manager on duty was less than satisfying to put it nicely. We were put in a situation where they were clearly in the wrong and acknowledged so that they were but the issue was never rectified. The way we were spoken to was on par with disrespectful. Because of this we will probably not purchase here again but don’t let that keep you from visiting both the James’. More

Found a used car I liked on Ricart’s website, called and scheduled a time the next day to come and test drive. Leesa kept in contact with me, the car was sitting out ready for a test drive when I pulled int scheduled a time the next day to come and test drive. Leesa kept in contact with me, the car was sitting out ready for a test drive when I pulled into a parking spot. I am very blunt/direct, so there was no shady sales tactics or up-selling. Smooth appointment, in and out within an hour and a half with a new car in tow. More
