Deshawn was awesome to work with the quick responses and the knowledge of the questions that I was asking was very impressive. I have worker with alot of car dealers in the past, but after we told him ab the knowledge of the questions that I was asking was very impressive. I have worker with alot of car dealers in the past, but after we told him about my wife's vehicle accident, he was their and not just acting like another sale, but was 100% looking out for what's best for what we needed. I have the highest respect and gratitude for Deshawn because it was not just a sale he gained friend's though he does not know it. I would refer any one of my family or friends to him for in a time of need or just wanting to upgrade. Ps he is a great face of the company and he works hard and he makes it look easy. Very pleasant experience overall. Taesha was great, and Lauren was awesome. From the time that I agreed to buy the truck, and the time that I actually picked it up , the price had dr Taesha was great, and Lauren was awesome. From the time that I agreed to buy the truck, and the time that I actually picked it up , the price had dropped about $500 ! While I was signing the papers, they had the truck washed, and filled up the gas tank, amazing! More

Called to see if I could test drive a Ford Bronco that was on their website. Salesman on the phone said no problem, come in and you can drive it. When I get there they wouldn’t let me test drive it due to was on their website. Salesman on the phone said no problem, come in and you can drive it. When I get there they wouldn’t let me test drive it due to the car being high end (mid level standard Bronco with no add ons). The manager (Steve) tried to discuss finances as a way to deny me the test drive. When I proved adequate funds to purchase they just flat out said the car is not available to test drive because they don’t want to take it out of the showroom, didn’t want to put miles on it, and didn’t think I was a serious buyer. 30K markup over MSRP and they wouldn’t discuss a negotiation. As a longtime Ford customer I was highly disappointed with this dealership and will never do business with Ricart. Absolute waste of time. Salesperson was very nice and I have no issues with him as he did his best and hands were tied by management. More
