Ricart was able to give me a little extra on my trade in to drop the price down to a more manageable amount. The staff in the building were very accommodating and I found it easy to cut up with each person I spoke to. There's a reason Ricart has lasted as long as it has. Good folk selling good vehicles. Traveled by plane 435 miles to come get a truck. Truck was nice but did not come with a factory key. They said previous owner lost one and they lost the other seems reasonable that the key be repla Truck was nice but did not come with a factory key. They said previous owner lost one and they lost the other seems reasonable that the key be replaced. Especially after they admitted to losing one. Took truck to local dealer and they were shocked that a factory key was not included as it is a hassle to retrieve the key code without a factory key. It has been almost a month and I am just now very close to being able to purchase a key. I just hope their Motortrend Warranty reimburses me for having to buy my own keys. Truck is nice, although I am very disappointed the dealer refused to include a factory key. Factory keys should ALWAYS be included, especially when buying from a dealership! More
