It was a pleasure buying a car at Ricart. Josuel Salcedo went above and beyond to help us in our search for a car for my daughter. He was able to answer all of our questions and offered his expertise when needed. He was very kind and straight forward throughout the whole process. Then Cass Powers helped with the financing portion. He explained everything to my daughter in a way that she understood every aspect of her purchase. She really took the time to make sure she understood everything that he was going over with her. I can’t say enough about these two gentlemen we will definitely keep them in mind the next time we’re buying a car!!!! More

I have never enjoyed buying a car. Dealing with your typical vulture type dealer, that pressure you into something you don’t want, scare you into buy GAP, force the adding. I always free that will happen again, but I was so happy that was not my experience here and everything that happen at ricart and it’s staff was very easy. Tayler, my sales person, work really well with me, she was patient, personal, but not over barring. Her manager was helpful and was able to work with me while Tayler help her other clients. Finally Steven the finance person was very helpful, he didn’t pressure me and made the contract process easy. I would recommend the team and ricart to people know because of the service I got! More
