Andrew did a great job at making the process quick and easy for me! I am more then happy with my 2013 Honda Accord! I felt like they were a little more worries about trying to put me in a car at the top o easy for me! I am more then happy with my 2013 Honda Accord! I felt like they were a little more worries about trying to put me in a car at the top of my price range instead of making sure I got something I was more comfortable with. If it wasn't for my boyfriend spotting out the car I got from across the lot I probably wouldn't have left with the car I have which is perfect so that would've been a bummer. I know their salesman and they are trying to make a living but if you end up putting a person in a car that they can't manage the payments on in the end because u kept trying to put them in something at the top of or above their price range then that sale will not be successful for the buyer in the end. Then they end up with a repo and can not bring more business to you in the future. The salesman need to stop thinking so much about just that sale at the moment and think more about making sure the customer is getting what they need. In the end that will bring you repeat business which will help your future in the company and not just you now in the company. Andrew was really nice and very helpful though! He made the process smooth and not overwhelming and long. I do feel like they could've tried to work more on getting my interest rate and payments lower and fealt like they were just rushing through that so they can make more money for themselves. I brought a pretty good amount for a down payment too. More
