I felt pushed at the sale. Due to the snow I didn't realize the scratches on the hood and the windshield. Also it feels like the car needs an alignment. I have bought about 8 of my cars going back 30 years from ricart. They have never rushed me to make a decision (I am very picky). I drive a lot cars until I find the right car for me. Rafael our sales rep was awesome! ! He helped us through the whole process of buying our truck!! We never felt any pressure or rushed in making our decision. He even came in on his day ! We worked with a couple other people during this process and they all were great and helped make this purchase process very smooth and made sure we. Didn't not have to wait for anything they had it all ready for us as they knew we had an hour and a half drive to and back!! We have know purchased 3 cars from Ricart and plan on coming back when we are ready to purchase again as long as we are treated right and fairly we will always make sure to see what Ricart has to offer!!
