My husband and I decided to look for a "new" used car at Ricart from a previous positive experience - 15 yrs ago! I had started my search with various best used car web sites, then visited Ricart 's amazing website which provided detailed information about each car I was interested in. When I found one in particular, I clicked the button to indicate I was interested. That started a smooth process to finalize our purchase of a 2022:Hyundai Santa Fe. Although we did not get the SUV we were first interested in, our salesman, Matt, found us a great choice of very similar vehicles. You can't beat Ricart for inventory, expertise and professionalism. Absolutely phantastic experience; this is THE MOST PROFESSIONAL and EFFECTIVE used car dealership I have ever experienced ! The sales person (Jeremy K.) was helpful, efficient and located the two c PROFESSIONAL and EFFECTIVE used car dealership I have ever experienced ! The sales person (Jeremy K.) was helpful, efficient and located the two cars I was interested in immediately. He explained all benefits from purchasing a vehicle from Ricart very efficiently and thoroughly. When I made the decision to purchase, he processed all documents very quicly and handed me off to the finance manager Mark W. who was equally proficient preparing the sale documents. Furthermore, the documentation of vehicles on Ricart;s web site is absolutely superb; everything one ever wanted to know about a vehicle is shown. The vehicle preparation by their Service Department is documented on their web site and shows that they really inspect each vehicle and fix what needs to be fixed to make a vehicle safe and presentable, really impressive ! All in all, this is a huge used car dealership that really focuses on the custmer and makes the buying process a unbelievably smooth and efficient process. I highly recommend Ricart Used Cars Factory The only suggestion I have is that they should offer optional shipping services for customers who are from out-of-state. More
