Originally I did not have a good experience at all. I used the “100% buy online” express check out for my vehicle and was offered the payment that fit my budget through a bank. It had me schedule a date and time to pick up but when I got to the dealership the car was “still in service” and not available. After that they would not look up the terms I was offered through the website and kept offering me in house financing with a way higher down payment and rate. This whole ordeal turned into an almost 4 hour visit and I did not leave with a car. My second visit went absolutely different. My sales person Desmond Walker did an amazing job! He made sure he communicated with the finance managers and got me in the car I originally wanted with the finance terms that were originally offered to me. He even got my trade in appraised for way more than I thought I would get. This man went above and beyond and did what he thought was right. He is what I would consider an ideal salesperson and should get a raise and/or promotion! Thanks again for turning the bad experience I had into a way better situation, allowing me to get into a newer car that fits my budget! - Steven J. More

The staff was great! Friendly and kind. Very helpful with my concerns of buying a Used car. I appreciate the respect I was given as a woman shopping for my car.
