This was my second purchase from Ricart. The staff is friendly. We were greeted in the parking lot as we got out of the car. Josuel was amazing!!! The people at Ricart are great. They are patient and understanding, and willing to go out of their way to fill your every request, even when we had them pulling version after versio They are patient and understanding, and willing to go out of their way to fill your every request, even when we had them pulling version after version of the same car to find just the right one. They worked really hard and gave us a fantastic price on our trade in and worked on the total price to get the price to where we wanted to be. My only qualm is that the rates we got aren't the most competitive. We could get about 1.5% lower apr by shopping around at other lenders. So come prepared with a low rate pre-approval, but expect amazing customer service (special shout to Lauren who took such good care of us) and a massive selection of cars. More

Immediately greeted as we stepped out of the car by Kyle the sales manager! Awesome guy, who really helped Taylor who was also beyond amazing!! Josuel was amazing, he drove me around the lot to look at every used truck they had and once I picked one out he let me test drive it as many times as I wanted.
