John continued to be a great salesman and followed up with me a few days later to see how my travels went through the recent winter storm. That was nice, he did not have to do that. Additionally, I always dread having to meet up with the high-pressure finance guy in the back. Mark Williams was NOT that guy! I enjoyed talking with him and he did his best to get me out the door quickly. I highly recommend working with these two professionals. If I lived in Ohio I'd buy all my cars from these two! More

Exceptional in every way, from the moment we inquired to the day we stepped in the door to bring our new car home, the people at Ricart make the experience of buying a certified used vehicle great. Steve, Abby, James, everyone helped us seamlessly and told us what to expect, what was next, and how long we might wait. We actually waited less then 10 minutes total between all our steps in the process: test driving cars on a very cold day, going over the numbers, signing documents, and receiving the keys. They know exactly how to treat people and make the process easy. We had an excellent experience and we will be telling all our friends and family members. More
